This website doesn't track you, and it never asks for any personal information.
What we don't do
- There is no contact form and no account to create.
- We don't set cookies, and nothing tracks you between sites.
- We don't sell, share or keep anything about your visit.
When you visit
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare's servers process the technical details your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the page asked for, the date and time, and your browser type.
The legal basis is a legitimate interest in running the site safely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). This data isn't used to identify anyone and isn't combined with anything else.
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) processes this data on Hair by Katharine Rose's behalf under its data processing agreement. Transfers to the USA are covered by the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified.
We don't keep any data that identifies you, but you can still ask to see or delete it, or complain to the ICO.
Light and dark
If you use the light/dark switch, your browser remembers that choice so the site looks the same next time. It is stored on your device, it isn't a cookie, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Getting in touch
If you call Hair by Katharine Rose to book, that conversation is between you and Katharine. It doesn't happen through this website.
Links to other sites
Links to Facebook and Google are plain links. Nothing is sent to those sites unless you click one, and then their own privacy policies apply.
